Peter Wane is a Yorkshireman born in 1951 with a Diploma in Art and Design and a MA(RCA) in Illustration. Worked as a BBC TV Graphic Designer at Television Centre for 25 years, on a wide variety of programme strands. Has two BAFTA nominations and one Best Art Direction (TV Programming) The New York Festival.
The BBC years are behind him now, the mortgage paid off, he enjoys a more personal Artistic Journey. New horizons offering the hope of Surprise and Joy in the vast and varied landscape of the Art World!
Commissions and residences accepted, tutoring, demonstrations/presentations, work with children/schools and special needs groups.

Taught lustration-Graphic Design at The Salisbury College of Art for a year and took on Freelance lustration commissions before joining the BBC as a Graphic Designer.
